Time for Another Midwest trip

Due to severe back troubles that have now been fixed I was unable to make my target of 2 trips per year to the Midwest and/or west in 2010. But I’m about to depart for Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. This will be my first photographic trip to Wisconsin. My intention is to spend most of my time in the southern part of the state, looking for farms and agriculturally themed subjects. If you have suggestions – general areas or specific locations – please email them to me as soon as possible; I would welcome information from people familiar with Wisconsin.

In Iowa, I’ll be delivering recently completed prints to the Olson-Larsen Galleries in West Des Moines for an exhibit that opens on Friday, July 22.

After a far-too-long hiatus of 15 months, I’m on my way back to Iowa and the Midwest.
